What if I'm not satisfied with the product?

If you are not happy with your product, please contact us upon receipt of your order and we will do our best to resolve your concern.

When will I receive my order?

If you order by 4pm, your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail second class postage the next business day. Your order should be with you within 2-5 business days.

What are the payment options?

Payment is accepted via debit / credit card or PayPal.

Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes! We do offer free local delivery to Mirfield, Cleckheaton, and some of their surrounding areas. The delivery fee will be automatically removed when you enter your postcode if you are within the allocated area.
If you are close to these areas, please contact us as we may still be able to provide free delivery.
